Jimmy Vu

Jimmy Vu has a diverse work experience in the field of talent management, HR development, and learning and development. Jimmy is currently the Head of Talent Management & HR Development at Vinmec Healthcare System since November 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of L&D Division at the same company from February 2020 to November 2020. Before joining Vinmec, they worked at Vingroup JSC as a Learning and Development Manager from September 2017 to February 2020. Jimmy also has experience as an Organizational Development Manager at Hanel Software Solutions from May 2017 to September 2017. Jimmy has further strengthened their expertise as a Corporate Training Manager at CenGroup JSC from June 2015 to July 2017 and as a Training Development Supervisor at MTalent Human Resource from January 2014 to July 2015. Their career began at FPT Polytechnic, where they served as a Training Lead from December 2011 to March 2014.

Jimmy Vu completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce at Vietnam Commerce University from 2001 to 2005. Jimmy has also obtained several certifications in various fields from LinkedIn in 2020.
