Nangyali Abdul Rahim

Nangyali Abdul Rahim is an experienced railway engineer and technical lead currently employed at Vinnergi since August 2025, specializing in cable ducting and telecom design. Previously, Nangyali worked at Rejlers from October 2018 to October 2025, taking on multiple roles including construction site controller for the Four-Track Upgrade between Flackarp and Arlöv, railway telecommunications designer, and railway engineer. In early career, Nangyali served as a construction engineer at the Ministry of Urban Development and as a civil engineer at the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing from January 2014 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer and System Science from Stockholm University (2022-2024), a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (2008-2013), and specialized training in railway track engineering and cable ducting from The Swedish Transport Administration Training Centre (2017-2018).
