Sharon Friedman

Sharon Friedman is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Vinograd & Co. since September 2016. Previously, Sharon held the position of Deputy Director of the Capital Markets: Investments & Institutional Entities Department at M. Firon & Co. from April 2011 to July 2016, where extensive advisory services were provided to institutional investors on complex legal matters, including clients such as provident fund managing companies, pension funds, insurance companies, and mutual funds. Sharon is also highly experienced in managing intricate transactions involving institutional investors, notably in selling portfolios of provident fund managing companies. Sharon obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The College of Management Academic Studies from 1999 to 2002.
