Daphne Rouw

Daphne Rouw has a diverse background in software engineering and management, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Zendesk since June 2019, along with previous roles as Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead. Concurrently, Rouw has been a Web Developer at Vinomofo since April 2016. Prior experiences include positions as a Ruby Developer at multiple companies such as SitePoint, LocalSearch™, and Interactive Gaming Entertainment. Rouw has also contributed as a Ruby on Rails Developer during the RailsGirls Summer of Code and as a student Ruby on Rails Developer at CodeSchool. Earlier in the career, Rouw held managerial sales roles at Avira GmbH and CSC, and started as a Telecommunications Software Engineer at Viztel Solutions. Education includes a degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Iowa State University.
