Robyn Ellicson

Robyn Ellicson has been working in customer success and retention for over a decade. Robyn started their career as an event coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks to become a project manager and then an event coordinator for Spinn Doctors, Ltd. In 2010, they took on the role of North American Event Manager and Logistics Coordinator for HD Spectrum. During their time at HD Spectrum, they were responsible for coordinating events across North America and overseeing logistics for the company. In April 2020, they joined Bright Cellars as a retention specialist. In their current role, they are responsible for helping customers succeed with their wine subscriptions.

Robyn Ellicson has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Marquette University.

Robyn Ellicson reports to Anthony Zhang, Co-Founder, CEO. They work with Hunter Robillard - Director Of Sales, Adam Hood - Software Engineering, and Lauren Bletcher - Portfolio Advisor.
