Phuong An

Phuong An is currently the Director of Operations at Hon Tam Resort under Vinpearl, a role held since September 2023. Prior to this, Phuong served as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman in the Hotels & Resorts Management Sector at Sunshine Group from July 2022 to June 2023 and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Vinpearl from June 2021 to July 2022, contributing to general management plans for multiple 5-star hotels. Earlier experience includes positions as Service & Quality Control Manager at Vinpearl, Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Chairlady at TTC AgriS, and Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Earable® Neuroscience. Phuong's career began in 2011 with roles at VILAF and Allen & Overy, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
