Ashvin Navadia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and technology integration. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Vinrox Technologies LLP since January 2019, Ashvin has demonstrated a strong ability to manage large-scale operations and enhance business development through meticulous resource management and lean initiatives. Previously, Ashvin co-founded Allnyx Technologies and served as its CEO, focusing on operational improvements and resource targeting. With a background in engineering, Ashvin held roles including Head of Engineering and Global Sourcing at Matrix Comsec and Deputy Manager of Product Development at Elmex Controls Pvt. Ltd. Ashvin's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation & Control from Shantilal Shah Engineering College, Bhavnagar.
