Ritu Kamthan

Ritu Kamthan has over 16 years of work experience in the IT industry. Ritu started their career in 2005 as a Software Programmer at VinSol. In 2009, they took on the role of Lead Developer at Sapna InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they were also an Innovator - Level 3. Later that year, they joined Sokrati as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2011, they worked as a Freelance Product Developer at AgentMethods, LLC, and also served as a Mentor and Tech Advisor at YourNextLeap. In 2012, they took on the role of Team Lead at Persistent Systems, and in 2014, they became Technical Architect at Clarion Technologies Pvt Ltd. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Senior Director Product (Snackmagic) at Vinsol | STADIUM.

Ritu Kamthan began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Dayalbagh Educational Institute and earned a B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Ritu then continued at the same institution and obtained an M.Sc in Maths and Computer Application in 2004. In 2006, they attended IIM Calcutta and earned an EPYP in Business Administration and Management. In 2017, they obtained two certifications from Scrum.org, the PSPO 1 in November and the PSM1 in September.
