Jason McIntosh

Jason McIntosh is a partner at Vinson & Elkins, where the practice focuses on tax planning for complex cross-border and domestic transactions since July 2013. Jason has extensive experience across multiple industries, including energy, banking and finance, power generation, petrochemicals, shipping and transport, aircraft leasing and sales, manufacturing, and real estate. Prior roles include Senior Associate, Tax at BP and Tax Attorney in Upstream Oil & Gas and Mergers & Acquisitions at Vinson & Elkins. Jason began the career as an Engineering Intern at EA Engineering, Science & Technology. Jason earned a JD with a focus on Tax & Business Law from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BS in Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
