Scott N. Wulfe

Scott is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has an active practice focused on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, and contests for corporate control.

Scott has represented many of the firm’s private equity clients such as Warburg Pincus, SCF Partners, and Pine Brook Road Partners for more than a decade, and has also represented many public companies, including several Fortune 500 companies, with respect to corporate governance advice and equity and debt offerings. He has represented clients in all aspects of the energy industry and has also achieved success for clients in a broad range of other industries, including financial services, aviation, and manufacturing.
