Andy Lapic's work experience includes a variety of roles in sales, marketing, and retail management. Andy began their career as a Promotions Assistant at Entercom Seattle in 2007, where they set up station events and promoted the radio station through various channels. Andy then worked as a Brand Ambassador for Upfront Marketing, LLC, where they conducted roadshows and promoted/sold a backyard product at Costco.

In 2013, Lapic joined Winston Retail Solutions as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating and selling Kicker audio products. Andy also worked as a Sales Specialist for Kicker Audio, selling their products at Costco locations across the Northwest. During this time, Lapic also served as a Retail Sales Manager at Premium Retail Services, managing accounts for several companies, including Nest, Roku, Muse, VIZIO, and HP.

In 2014, they worked as a Writer for Guardian Liberty Voice, primarily writing about sports. From 2014 to 2015, Lapic hosted a radio show for Callywood radio.

In 2016, Lapic joined Anheuser-Busch as a Territory Manager, collaborating with franchise owners to maximize sales and shelf space. Andy consistently achieved sales targets and delivered growth in targeted accounts.

In 2018, Lapic worked as a Field Marketer for Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries, where they developed and executed brand strategies for various channels, including Walmart, Kroger, Costco, Safeway, and Target. Andy sold displays and tracked sales execution. Andy also joined Vintage Wine Estates as a Market Manager for Ace Cider, responsible for growing California Cider Co. products in the on and off-premise throughout the Northwest region.

Andy Lapic obtained an Associate's degree in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy in 2017. Before that, they attended Puyallup High School from 2001 to 2004, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In July 2017, they also obtained a certification in MAST from the Liquor Control Board in Washington State.
