Krystle Smart

Krystle Smart has a wealth of work experience. Krystle began their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate for Japanese Weekend Maternity, where they provided personalized customer service, assisted customers in selection of proper items for prenatal and/or postnatal usage, and organized and maintained stockroom. In 2013, they became a Sales Associate for Athleta, where they achieved daily sales goals by providing extensive knowledge and bringing the brand alive to customers. In 2014, they were an Operations Associate for Twice, where they achieved weekly processing goals by reaching given shift's quota, prepared customer sales order kits to fulfill demand, and conducted audits of inventory shelves to reduce errors in customer orders. In 2015, they became an Outbound Specialist and Fulfillment Associate for Cuyana, where they enforced Cuyana guidelines, executed daily schedule workflow plan, and oversaw and troubleshoot of the Pick to Match process. In 2018, they became a Fulfillment Lead for Beautylish, where they enforced Beautylish policies and procedures, owned updating and refreshing task guides for new hires and current associates, and carried out daily workflow plan. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Operations Fulfillment Specialist for Vintner's Daughter.

Krystle Smart began their educational career in 2003 when they graduated from Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory with a High School Diploma in General Studies. Krystle then attended California State University, Northridge from 2007-2009, studying Biochemistry. After that, they attended City College of San Francisco from 2011-2013, studying General Studies. Finally, they graduated from California State University - East Bay in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.
