Lonnie McMinn

Mr. McMinn is the President and CEO of Vinuity and has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry which includes executive management and entrepreneurship in technology start-up firms. Vinuity is singularly focused on bringing value to clients and does so by delivering performance management and rural domestic outsourcing solutions. In a prior role as Vice President, Midwest, at Emtec, Inc., Mr. McMinn led teams of software developers, program managers, analysts, and quality assurance specialists in delivering enterprise custom software systems. Mr. McMinn has grown and sold multiple technology services firms which include Secure Data, Inc. and Foster Townsend, Inc.

Prior to founding Foster Townsend, Mr. McMinn worked as a software engineer in commercial and government organizations that delivered software to support the United States Air Force Air Mobility Command and United States Transportation Command. Proudly serving in the United States Air Force, Mr. McMinn worked as a software systems analyst in support of global in-transit visibility cargo and passenger systems. Mr. McMinn holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Information Management from Webster University. In addition, Mr. McMinn earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Astrophysics from Pennsylvania State University.
