During that time, he has acquired knowledge of system analysis and design, project management, business process definition, and the development of technical solutions. He is well-versed in functional specifications and system requirements, including process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, use case diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and test case scenarios. Along with over 10 years of management experience in both waterfall and agile environments, Dr. Chang’s competencies range from managing small teams to supporting and leading international development teams. His area of expertise is in software development, with an emphasis on creating high-performing teams, training, security, and project management.
Dr. Chang received dual bachelor’s degrees from Washington University in Saint Louis in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. He received his master's in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and a Doctorate in Management from Webster University. His areas of interest include emotional intelligence, motivation theory, and agile project management. With a technical, academic, and practical background in software development and management theory, Dr. Chang has unique perspectives on both the theoretical and practical aspects of IT.
