Gerard Hirdes

Gerard Hirdes has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Gerard began their career in 1994 as a Manager Audit Practice at KPMG. In 2001, they joined Rio Tinto Alcan, where they held three roles, including Director Finance, Rio Tinto Alcan Primary Metals Europe, Middle-East & Africa, Financial Controller, Rio Tinto Alcan Primary Metal British Columbia, and Finance Manager Aluchemie. In 2012, they moved to Tecumseh Products Company as Chief Financial Officer Europe. In 2017, they became Chief Financial Officer at AD INDUSTRIE and in 2019 they moved to Ploeger Oxbo Group B.V. as Chief Financial Officer. Gerard is currently Chief Financial Officer at Vinventions.

Gerard Hirdes began their educational career in 1987 when they attended Hogeschool West Brabant and earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Gerard then went on to Erasmus University Rotterdam and earned their Master in Business Economics in 1994. Finally, they returned to Erasmus University Rotterdam and earned their Certified Public Accountant in 1998.
