Dawn Richard is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service management and event catering. Currently serving as a Retail Manager and Production Supervisor at Sodexo since November 2022, Dawn has also worked as an Event Bartender for Vinwood Caterers since May 2022 and previously held roles including Chef Manager at Aramark Healthcare+ and Culinary Supervisor at Sodexo. Dawn's extensive experience spans multiple positions at Aramark and Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, with a strong focus on kitchen operations, food preparation, menu writing, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards. Dawn holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Lakes Region Community College, attained between 2013 and 2016.
