Daniela Koerig has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Daniela started their career in 2005 as an Escriturária at Banco do Brasil and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they transitioned to the airline industry and worked as a Cabin Crew at MSC Cruises until 2011.

From 2012 to 2013, Daniela worked as a Shop Seller at MSC Crociere. In 2014, they joined Royal Caribbean International as a Britto Specialist Manager, responsible for sales and inventory management of Britto Art Gallery products on the Freedom of the Seas cruise ship. Daniela then took on the role of Senior Guest Services Officer at Royal Caribbean International, where they provided direct assistance to passengers, managed currency exchange, handled payments, and assisted the Front Desk manager. Daniela held this position until 2021.

Currently, Daniela Koerig is working at FindHotel as a Customer Support Supervisor, beginning in June 2021.

Daniela Koerig has a diverse education history. Daniela completed a Postgraduate degree in English Language and Literature at União Pan-Americana de Ensino-Cascavel-Paraná from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa between 2001 and 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Daniela has also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed a Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting certification from LinkedIn. In November 2018, they obtained an Accelerating Leadership Performance Series - ALPS 1 certification from Royal Caribbean Group. Finally, in August 2016, they completed the Getting Started as a New Leader Program, also from Royal Caribbean Group.
