Oz Har Adir

Oz Har Adir has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Founder & CEO of Vio.com (formerly FindHotel) in 2016. Oz was responsible for leading the company, which is now the largest independent and fastest growing hotel booking platform in the world. Prior to this, they founded Innovative Travel in 2010 and served as the Founder until 2016. Oz also founded Fly Open Sky in 2006 while in university, where they focused on understanding travel distribution needs. In 2004, they worked as the Marketing & Purchasing Director at Cubus Lux PLC, and in 2000, they served as the Marketing Director at Banshee LTD, where they helped establish the company as an innovative gaming developer in the European market.

Oz Har Adir completed their high school education at The Hebrew Reali School in Haifa, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on English and Communication. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Oz Har Adir furthered their education by joining the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management, which they completed in 2009. In the same year, they also had the opportunity to attend the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management as part of an MBA Exchange program, focusing on Finance and Strategy.
