Kal Gullapalli

Kal Gullapalli serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MPZ Holdings, LLC, which operates Dave's Hot Chicken and Marco's Pizza across multiple states. With significant franchise experience, Kal is a franchisee for Marco's Pizza and European Wax Center, managing over 50 locations in the Southeast and more than 45 centers in the Northeast, respectively. Additionally, Kal is the Area Developer and Franchisee for VIO Med Spa and a franchisee for both Dave's Hot Chicken and Restore Hyper Wellness. Other roles include Board Member and CEO for EWC Growth, which franchises European Wax Center locations, and previously, a multi-unit franchisee for Orangetheory Fitness in Greater Boston. Kal's entrepreneurial journey started with a partnership at Bloomfield Hospitality, where management of three restaurants took place, followed by the establishment of Fork & Cleaver. Kal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
