Talia Valline

Talia Valline has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Talia started their career as an Emergency Room Unit Secretary and later worked as an Emergency Room Patient Access Representative/Financial Counselor at Placentia Linda Hospital - Tenet Healthcare. Talia then worked as a Patient Access Representative at Seton Healthcare Family, where they consistently managed a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Talia also worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Deborah Nicholl Interiors, overseeing strategic social media, print, and internet marketing initiatives. Talia then started their own business, VALIA CONSULTING LLC, where they specialized in social media marketing for small businesses. Talia also served as a Doctor Secretary at University Hospitals of Cleveland, managing clinical schedules and appointments for radiation oncology patients. Talia later joined Seriously Skin as the Director of Administration and then as the Front Desk Manager, overseeing operations and providing support to the spa director and CEO. Talia then joined PsychBC as the Regional Office Manager, responsible for team management and the development of incentive programs to increase performance. Most recently, they joined VIO Med Spa as the Vice President of Corporate Spas, where they provide strategic leadership and oversees the operational efficiency of multiple spa locations. Talia's experience includes roles in leadership, training and education, consulting, management, administration, and customer service.

Talia Valline began their education at Fullerton College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued Psychology and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Following this, they continued their studies at UC Irvine from 2008 to 2010, majoring in Psychology and Social Behavior, and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
