Omer Shani

Omer Shani is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in banking and financial institutions, commercial transactions, structured finance, derivatives, project finance, and corporate restructuring. Currently serving as the General Counsel at Viola Credit since December 2021, Omer previously held the position of Senior Attorney at Law at FBC&Co from July 2014 to December 2021, along with a legal internship at the same firm from March 2013 to February 2014. Additionally, Omer gained experience as an Operations and Compliance Coordinator (OCC) at Intel Corporation from June 2011 to December 2012. Omer holds dual degrees, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance, from Reichman University, completed in 2012.
