Alaa Yahea

Alaa Yahea is an experienced professional in the field of administrative and project management with a strong background in humanitarian work. Currently serving as Area Coordinator and Cluster Project Manager at منظمة بنفسج - Violet Organization since July 2020, Alaa has also worked as an Administrative Developer at Ma unit since January 2015. Previous roles include Syria Office Manager at Ufuk International Relief & Development and Human Resources Development Manager at United Relief Office. Alaa has further enhanced operational effectiveness as a Capacity Building Coach at Chemonics International and CEO at Frontline Productions. Educationally, Alaa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from جامعة حلب في المناطق المحررة, completed in August 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tishreen University.
