Ishan Guru

Ishan Guru has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Ishan began their career as a Corporate Sales Intern at Datec PNG Limited, followed by a Category Management Intern role at City Pharmacy Limited Group. In 2016, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Software Engineer, Campus Ambassador, and Summer Analyst. In 2020, they moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Tech Lead, Software Engineer. Currently, they are a Tech Lead, Software Engineer at VIOLET, where they are working to unlock universal commerce with a single API.

Ishan Guru obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Systems from Columbia University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning from Columbia University. In July 2010, they obtained an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver certification from PADI.
