Héloïse Dubois

Héloïse Dubois has extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. Héloïse is currently the General Manager Europe at VIOLETTE_FR since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for many years, holding various roles including Marketing Director for M.A.C Cosmetics France and Sales Marketing Director for brands such as Smashbox, Glamglow, Aramis & Designer Fragrances. In these roles, they were responsible for sales and market share development, strategic analysis, and negotiating launch plans with retailers. Héloïse also worked as a Product Manager for Clinique and Bobbi Brown France, where they implemented marketing strategies, coordinated product launches, and managed media campaigns. Before their time at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Héloïse worked as a Nordic Junior Product Manager & Business Analyst at Parfums Christian Dior, where they coordinated marketing strategies in the Nordics region and conducted business analyses. Héloïse also gained experience at L'Oréal as a New Markets Marketing Assistant, at Sephora as a Beauty Advisor, and at Nestle as a Trade Marketing Assistant. Héloïse started their career as a Relationship Marketing Assistant at Bercas expres.

Héloïse Dubois completed their Master's degree in Marketing from emlyon business school between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, in 2007, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo for a short period to further their studies in marketing.
