Ed Kwan

Director, Customer Support and Services at VIOLIN Systems

Ed Kwan has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ed started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Amdahl in 1990 and worked there until 1995. Ed then joined SGI as a Software Engineer and stayed with the company until 2000. Ed then moved to Symantec (formerly VERITAS Software) and served as an Escalation Manager for six years. In 2006, they joined LSI (formerly ONStor) as a Senior Engineering Manager, specializing in Escalations and Sustaining. Ed's most recent role was as the Director of Customer Support and Services at Violin Memory, where they started in 2012.

Ed Kwan has an MBA degree from Santa Clara University. Furthermore, they hold an MS degree in Computer Science from UCLA. In addition to their degrees, Ed Kwan obtained the certification of Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies in April 2021.
