Ben van Brunschot is an experienced professional specializing in continuous improvement and process automation. Currently serving as Team Lead for Continuous Improvement and Robotic Process Automation at Vion Food Group since September 2022, Ben leads a team focused on enhancing efficiency across multiple departments such as finance, HR, supply chain, sales, and IT. Prior to this, from February 2020 to September 2022, Ben held dual roles at Just Eat Takeaway.com as Works Council Chair and Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included advising the board on employee-impacting decisions and improving the sales process across European markets.
