Twan van Rhee serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Officer at Vion Food Group since 2014, where responsibilities include developing and executing the company-wide privacy and security program, managing a team of privacy and security coordinators, and advising C-level executives on cybersecurity and IT risk management. Previous roles include IT Audit Manager and IT Risk Manager at Vion Food Group, Business Consultant Information Security at TUNIX, Internal IT Audit Manager at Canon Europe Ltd., and IT Audit Manager at Océ NV. Twan has extensive experience in conducting audits, security assessments, and implementing risk management frameworks, along with a technical background as a (Technical) IT Auditor for the Ministry of Finance's EDP Audit Pool and as an Information Security Researcher at TNO. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Process Management and IT from Open Universiteit and a Registered EDP Auditor certification from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
