Romulus Stoian

Romulus Stoian is a seasoned professional in the digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising sector with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Director Media Owner Partnerships at VIOOH since February 2025, Romulus specializes in building strategic partnerships within the Programmatic DOOH space across the Americas and ANZ regions. Previous positions include Asst Vice President DOOH Network, Business Operations at Simon Property Group, and Global Director of Publisher Solutions at Hivestack, where Romulus expanded the Ad Server business into 26 global markets in under three years. With a strong background in business development, operations, and marketing, Romulus has also held significant roles at Samsung SDS, Clear Channel Outdoor, and other notable organizations, complemented by an Executive MBA degree from the University of Memphis and a BA in Journalism from the University of Bucharest.
