Ashish Sardesai

Ashish Sardesai has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ashish is currently the Co-founder of VIOSA Learning, an AI-Powered unified technology platform that mentors students in identifying the right career path. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Mentor at HealthySure. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of AIBCL (India) Insurance Broking, where they established a profitable insurance broking company and created a cross-sell distribution channel. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director & Country Head - Partnership Distribution at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where they were responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships. Ashish also has experience in the insurance sector, having served as Vice President & National Head - Alternate Channel at Tata AIA Life Insurance and Asst. Vice President and Zone Head (West) - Alternate Channel at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Ashish started their career at Panasonic Energy India Co. Limited as a Branch Manager and later worked at Aptech Limited as an Area Business Head. Overall, Ashish Sardesai has shown expertise in business leadership, strategic partnerships, and building and managing distribution channels in the insurance and education sectors.

Ashish Sardesai completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the University of Pune between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Political Science from Osmania University from 1990 to 1992. Ashish is currently pursuing a part-time Phd from NMIMS.
