Les Ottolenghi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology strategy. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at VIP Play, Inc. since June 2025, Ottolenghi previously held the position of Chief Transformation and Commercial Officer at Lee Enterprises, where responsibilities included leading AI-driven initiatives and forging strategic partnerships with AWS. Prior to that, as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Stride, Inc., Ottolenghi established top-tier IT solutions. Ottolenghi's career also includes significant roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and at Las Vegas Sands Corp. as Global CIO and Chief Innovation Officer.
