Robert J. Isacco, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 15 years of experience in human resources and administration. Robert J. is currently the Chief of Staff at Empass, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Interim Chief People Officer at Fountain House from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they were the CPO & Director of CEO Administration at Trinity Wall Street, where they were responsible for helping to normalize, create structure, and increase communication across the organization. From 2007 to 2018, they were the SVP, Head of Human Resources & Administration at Alger, where they directed the global people function of the organization and managed the facilities and administration functions. From 2005 to 2007, they were the (Head of) Director of Human Resources & Administration at New York Mortgage Trust.

Robert J. Isacco holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Merrimack College, and a High School Diploma from La Salle Academy RI. In addition, they are a certified Wine Steward/Sommelier from International Wine Center (IWC). Robert J. also holds two professional certifications: a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI obtained in September 2018, and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM obtained in January 2015.
