Gilson Dugno

Gilson Dugno serves as the International Sales Manager at Vipal Borrachas S.A. since March 2020. Previously, Gilson held the position of General Manager for Vipal Chile from April 2012 to March 2020, overseeing operations as the legal representative for subsidiaries in Chile and Colombia. Gilson also served as General Manager at Vipal México from March 2007 to January 2012, where responsibilities included leading an eighteen-member team, reorganizing administrative functions, and significantly improving sales performance. Gilson's academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Business from Universidad del Valle de México, a Post Degree in Marketing, and a Degree in Business Administration, both from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul, alongside a Diploma in Integrative and Team Coaching from SMART COACH.
