Bill Rudder has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and leadership roles. Currently, they are the Director of Healthcare Operations at VIPcare, where their focus is on improving senior health outcomes and fostering accountability through public reporting. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2022, Bill worked as the Managing Partner at Temple Terrace Capital Group, LLC, where they oversaw real estate operations with a focus on providing affordable housing solutions. From 2019 to 2022, they served as an Engagement Manager at Eastwood & Cleef LLC, leading process improvement initiatives in patient health outcomes. Previously, Bill had a significant tenure at DaVita Kidney Care, where they held roles such as Group Facility Administrator and Facility Administrator, responsible for clinic operations and clinical outcomes. Before their career in the healthcare industry, Bill served in the US Army, where they held various leadership positions, including Deputy Division Surgeon, Aviation Battalion Executive Officer, and Chief of Joint Aviation Operations, gaining extensive experience in logistics, training, and team management.
Bill Rudder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Campbell University. Bill attended the university from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University.
