Currently serving as the Regional Practice Manager at VIPcare since June 2023, Tara previously held the role of Administrative Manager at Divine Intervention Behavioral Services, where responsibilities included assisting BCBAs in establishing ABA therapy practices. Other notable positions include Director of Growth & Engagement at Above and Beyond Therapy, where Tara oversaw market strategies and talent acquisition across multiple states, and Administrative Director at Proud Moments ABA, focusing on clinic operations and team development. With a background in both healthcare and retail management, Tara has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, team leadership, and client engagement. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
