Byron Jacobs has a long and varied career in the business world. Byron began their career in 1975 as Vice President of International at Applied Data Research. Byron then worked at Oracle Corporation from 1989 to 1996 as Director of the Direct Marketing Division. In 1996, they moved to Enlighten Software Solutions as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. In 1997, they joined RightWorks, Inc. as Vice President of Marketing, where they helped the ERP provider gain national attention and position the company for a $1 billion acquisition. From 1999 to 2003, Byron was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Bay Logics, Inc., a B2B Lease Relationship Management application provider. Byron then moved to Xperius, Inc. in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Americas Sales and Services, and in 2008 they co-founded VipeCloud, where they served as President until 2019 when they retired.
Byron Jacobs attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1973 to 1975, studying Business. Byron also attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1966 to 1967, studying Electrical Engineering.
