Brook C. has extensive experience in both educational and sales environments. Currently serving as a Sales Manager Consultant at Allstate since June 2016, Brook has held additional roles such as RMBC-Underwriter and ASIC-Agency Services Specialist. Alongside this, Brook has been teaching at VIPKID since January 2017 and previously worked as a First Grade Teacher at Mason Corinth Elementary from August 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included differentiating instruction, creating engaging presentations, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance student learning. Prior experience as a Collections Specialist at Citi from July 2009 to August 2014 involved managing high volumes of calls, utilizing negotiation skills to secure payments, and developing productivity tools. Brook holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University, completed in 2014.
