Rachel O'Keefe

Rachel O'Keefe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest services and education within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a DAS VIP tour guide at Walt Disney World since July 2018, Rachel has focused on creating memorable experiences for global guests while collaborating with fellow guides to enhance the overall guest experience. Prior roles include positions at Universal Orlando Resort as a merchandiser and at Universal Studios as a scare actor. Rachel has also worked as an English Second Language instructor for VIPKid and held various positions in customer service and environmental management. Academically, Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Management from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by studies in geography at Heriot-Watt University.
