Richard Wilkin

Richard Wilkin is an experienced educator with a diverse background in instructional roles across various educational settings. Currently serving as an Online Instructor at AK Grad since August 2020, Richard teaches social studies and English courses to over 400 students and oversees 31 courses. Richard's previous positions include Online EFL Teacher at VIPKid, Assistant to the Superintendent and Board Secretary for Yukon-Koyukuk School District, and Founding Principal at Beijing International Bilingual Academy. Additional roles held include Head of School at Emirates National Schools and Principal at Dipont Education, where Richard developed school objectives and instructional frameworks. With a foundational career beginning as a Classroom Teacher at North American International School and Education Resource Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps, Richard has actively contributed to teacher training and curriculum development. Richard holds multiple degrees in education, including a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Master of Education in International Education from the University of Sunderland.
