Rikard Lindqvist

Rikard Lindqvist is a seasoned business development professional with a diverse background in finance and strategy. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Vipo since January 2025, Rikard previously held the positions of Group CEO and Group CFO at Holmbergs Safety System from May 2021 to December 2024. At Trelleborg Group, from June 2014 to May 2021, Rikard advanced through various leadership roles, including Vice President M&A and Finance, Vice President M&A and Strategy, and Vice President of Strategic Development & Group Projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Norsk Hydro, where Rikard served as Head of Investor Relations and Program Manager, among other positions, as well as five additional years in financial services at Deriva Financial Services AB and leadership roles in student organizations during academic tenure. Rikard holds a Master of Science in Economics from Lund University and has international experience through an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
