Vladislav Tsoy

Vladislav Tsoy is an experienced engineering specialist currently working at Vipo since March 2022. Previously, Vladislav served as the Head of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Customs Clearance Department at Comlux from May 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included creating the department from scratch, establishing effective work processes, and ensuring collaboration with external parties. Prior roles at Comlux involved logistics and supply supervision, focusing on international transportation and monitoring C-check processes. Vladislav began a career in logistics as a specialist and customs expert at Air Astana from June 2007 to May 2014, and started in aviation security at JSC Almaty International Airport from August 2005 to June 2007. Vladislav holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineer-Dispatcher from the Academy of Civil Aviation, earned from 2001 to 2005.
