Lindsay Banks

Lindsay Banks is the Vice President at Vipond. Lindsay has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management.

Lindsay started their career at Wardrop Engineering Inc. (WEI) in 1988 as a Project Engineer. Lindsay quickly rose through the ranks and became the Principal and Manager of Industrial Services in 1997. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and execution of industrial projects.

In 2002, Lindsay left WEI to join Schneider Electric (SE) as their Engineering Director. During their 11 years at SE, Lindsay held various positions including Purchasing Manager, Plant Manager, and Engineering Manager/Production Manager. In their most recent role as Engineering Director, they were responsible for SE's engineering operations in North America.

In 2013, Lindsay left SE to join Vipond as their Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for the overall operation of Vipond.

Lindsay Banks graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Lindsay then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance & Strategy Specializations from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Lindsay is also certified by the AEE as a CEM (Certified Energy Manager) and by PEO as a P.Eng. (Licensed Professional Engineer).
