Soumadeep Chatterjee

Soumadeep Chatterjee is currently the VP, Delivery Head at Vipra Business. Prior to this, they were with Wipro BPS as an Assistant Manager from July 2015 to September 2016. Their responsibilities there included maintaining SLA, CSAT, Activation, Cancellation reduction, Team handling, and Process improvement. From October 2013 to July 2015, they were with Aegis Limited as a Team Manager. Their responsibilities there included maintaining quality target, preparing RCA to save penalty, RCA on high level escalations, Calibrations, Joint email evaluation, and Preparing presentation on quality improvement. Prior to that, from May 2008 to October 2013, they were with HCL Technologies as a Quality Analyst. Their responsibilities there included Quality Audit, Transaction monitoring, Calibration, Coaching and Feedback.

Soumadeep Chatterjee has a B.Tech in Aeronautical/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from The Aeronautical Society of India. Soumadeep also has a certification from Udemy in GitHub Expert, a certification from LinkedIn in Project Management Foundations: Small Projects, and two certifications from HubSpot in Email Marketing and Hubspot Agency Partner Certification.
