Caroline Brown

Caroline Brown has extensive work experience in the field of transcription services technology, client experience, client implementations, and team management. Caroline started their career in 1997 as a medical file clerk and transcriptionist at Asheville Urology Associates. Caroline then worked as a medical biller at Lockport Hospital and as a medical transcriptionist at Gastroenterology Associates LLP in 1998. In 1999, they established their own company called Health Information Solutions, where they served as the owner until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, Caroline worked at Nuance Communications, first as an Implementation Team Manager and later as the Manager of Client Services and Team Lead. Since 2018, they have been working at VIQ Solutions, where they have held multiple roles including Client Implementation Manager, Director of Global Implementations and Client Experience, Vice President of Global Client Experience, and currently serves as the Vice President of Product, Transcription Services Technology.
