Cat Stephen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Customer Service Officer at Centrelink in 1996 and later joined Carphone Warehouse as a Customer Support Team Manager. In 2007, they joined IAG as a Customer Service Team Manager, where they delivered improved customer and people outcomes. From 2013 to 2015, Cat worked as a Retail Store Manager at Optus, where they achieved immediate improvements in customer advocacy scores. They then joined Dataworxs Systems Limited in 2016 as a Client Relationship Manager, driving revenue growth in Western Australia.
