Brian Kelley has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry. Brian began their career as a Process Engineer at Genetics Institute in 1992. Brian then joined Wyeth BioPharma as Director of Purification Process Development, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they also served as Adjunct Faculty at Tufts University from 1992 to 2007. In 2007, Kelley joined Genentech as Vice President of Bioprocess Development and held this position until 2017. Brian then took on the role of Senior Vice President at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. Additionally, in 2016, they became a Fellow of the National Academy of Engineering.
Brian Kelley attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
