Ranjit Raj

Ranjit Raj has a diverse work experience in the staffing industry. Ranjit is currently the Founder and CEO of VIR Consultant LLC, a global workforce solutions provider specializing in IT and healthcare industries. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of VIR Healthway LLC, a staffing agency focused on healthcare organizations. Before starting their own ventures, Ranjit worked as a Senior Account Manager at Cynet Systems Inc, an IT and engineering staffing company. Ranjit also held various roles at eTeam, including Senior Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Specialist, Recruiting Manager/Service Delivery Associate, Team Lead Recruitment, and Technical Recruiter, where they gained experience in client interactions, recruitment, service level agreements, and relationship management. Ranjit's work experience spans from 2012 to the present.

Ranjit Raj attended Assisi Convent School, Noida, CSKM Public School, and Col. Satsangi's Kiran Memorial in Chattarpur, New Delhi. Ranjit then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Executive Leadership from the Project Management Institute in 2022 and Graphics & Illustrations from Aptech in 2010.
