Garret Henson has a long history of working at Viracon. Garret started in 1994 as an Architectural Sales representative and remained in that role until 2000. In 2003, they became the Director of International Sales, where they were responsible for all global sales, marketing, architectural development, lead generation, forecasting, and leadership training. Garret focused their efforts in the Asia Pacific region and managed a team of 22 agents worldwide. In 2006, Henson was promoted to Director of Sales, leading the domestic sales team at Viracon. Finally, in 2012, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, overseeing the global sales and marketing organizations and leading various front-end activities such as marketing, architectural design, customer service, technical services, and external field sales teams.
Garret Henson pursued a Mini-MBA with a focus on International Business from the University of St. Thomas in the year 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from New Mexico State University between the years 1987 and 1991. In 2014, Garret attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they participated in the Executive Development Program. However, it is not specified whether they acquired a degree at this institution.
