Lauren Davis has a diverse range of work experience. Lauren began their career as a Research Assistant at Louisiana State University in 2016. Lauren then worked as a Patient Advocate at MLK Health Center from 2017 to 2018, where they played a key role in improving women's health and increasing public health overall. Lauren then joined Good Success Company, Inc. as an Operations Specialist from 2018 to 2020, where they managed workplace flow, assessed employee performance, and ensured company policies were upheld. Lauren also interned as a Health and Wellness Intern at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta from 2019 to 2019, and later became a Wellness Coach II from 2020 to 2020, promoting and evaluating wellness programs. Most recently, Lauren worked as a Medical Assistant at Viral Solutions from 2021 to present and as a Patient Care Coordinator at Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians from 2023 to present.

Lauren Davis has a diverse education history. Lauren obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In 2019, they enrolled at Clayton State University and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General in 2020. Lauren continued their education at Clayton State University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren has acquired several certifications. In 2019, they obtained a Health & Wellness Coach certification from the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta. Lauren also completed the Y-Basic Life Support/BFA/02 certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) in the same year. Furthermore, they secured a certification in Protecting Human Rights Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH): Intramural Research Program (IRP) in 2016. Additionally, they completed the Heartsaver CPR AED Classroom certification offered by the American Heart Association in 2016. Finally, in 2020, Lauren achieved a Strength and Conditioning Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness).
