Christiana Kim has a diverse work experience beginning with a Research Assistant position at Brandeis University in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Harvard University as a Research Assistant in the Laboratory for Youth Mental Health. In 2015, they joined Millward Brown Analytics as a Market Research Analyst. In 2016, they began working at ViralGains, first as a Product Manager, then as a Customer Success Team Manager, and finally as a Customer Success Manager. In their roles, they have assisted in product roadmap development and execution, translated product strategy goals into requirements, monitored the execution of multi-million programmatic campaigns, and provided strategic, quantitative insights into customer satisfaction.

Christiana Kim attended Schaumburg High School from 2007 to 2011. Christiana then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University from 2011 to 2015.
