Jean-Yves Kerjan

Jean-Yves KERJAN is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in global IT support services and project management. Currently serving as the IT Operations & Support Manager at Virbac S.A. since May 2009, Jean-Yves oversees IT service management, including incident, change, and asset management, as well as datacenter and database service management. Prior to this role, Jean-Yves worked at LILLY FRANCE from May 2002 to November 2009 in various capacities, including European Infrastructure Services Program & Project Manager, where responsibilities included program and project management, as well as Green Belt Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Cegetel as Solutions Deployment Manager and RATP as Responsable Adjoint Exploitation & Support. Jean-Yves holds an education from Université Paris 8, completed between 1987 and 1990.
